Register as an existing account holder
You will need your Classic Account number when registering for the service, which you will find on your statement.
Once you have completed your Classic Account registration, you will be sent a single-use password in the post within 3 working days. You will have 25 days in which to log on and change this password. Once you've done this, you'll have full access to your online account.
