Further to the Chairman’s Statement in the annual results announcement released on 13 March 2012, the Board is pleased to announce that the Association of Investment Companies (‘AIC’) has confirmed that the Company’s application to move from the AIC UK Growth sector to the AIC UK Growth & Income sector has been approved and will take effect on 1 May 2012.
